Most of my hooks and walking sticks are crafted from driftwood I have found along the Molalla River in Clackamas county, Oregon. The trees along the river are mainly deciduous- Big Leaf Maple, Alder, Cottonwood, some fruit trees and conifers like Cedar and Douglas fir. In addition to making attractive hooks and walking sticks, many of my found pieces make perfect display stands for air plants.
